1. A description of Futurepay payments and how they work

FuturePay from WorldPay allows you to pay for goods or services online, by instalments. Your debit or credit card is periodically charged for an agreed length of time - an online equivalent of traditional direct debit or standing order payments.

Payment are taken by Worldpay through there secure payment portal.

2. The frequency of any Futurepay payment

​

The frequency of your payments is monthly and will be detailed in your agreement as will the start date and duration of the payments you have agreed to.  This will be sent to you by email with in 7 days of agreeing to the programme.

3. How to cancel any Futurepay agreement

​

Contact your centre to cancel your payments and check your terms and conditions issued at the time you entered into the agreement.  You should also email enquiries@smartpayuk.com with your request to cancel your payments.
